Michael has
rehabbed two buildings. His first restoration was a 100+ year old Victorian in

Greystone Multi-Unit in NorthCenter near Lincoln Square. This
Greystone was an investment property that he was the primary manager with
duties including tenant relations and maintenance. In 2008 Michael achieved the
Chicago Association of Realtors prestigious Top Producer award for sales and is
